• How do I book a workshop?

Please either complete our online contact form, email us at info@swantonmorleyhouse.co.uk, or telephone Caroline on 01362 637828.  We will then send you a booking email for your chosen course and will reserve you a space for this course.

• Do I need to bring anything with me when attending a workshop?

All our workshops include all seasonal flowers and foliage, materials and floristry equipment.  Participants may wish to bring along a pen and paper to take notes during demonstrations and a box or similar to assist with transporting their designs home.

• I am complete beginner; would any of your floristry courses be suitable for me?

All of our workshops are suitable for complete beginners  and where participants have more experience your tutor, will work with you to your experience level and give as much or as little assistance as needed.  If a particular course does require more experience this will be noted within the course description but if in doubt, please do contact us for further details.

• Do your workshops have a minimum and maximum participant number?

Our courses require minimum attendee numbers (normally 6) to run and if this minimum number is not met we will provide you with an alternative date or offer you a full refund.

To ensure all our participants have lots of individual attention and tutorial our maximum participant number for our workshops is 14.

• I would like to purchase a workshop place as a gift; are gift certificates available?

Yes, we are able to post gift certificates which can be purchased for a particular course or value.  Alternatively, we can email an e-certificate for you to print off at home.

Our gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Do I still need to book a space on a workshop if I have received a gift certificate for that particular course?

Yes, please do contact us to make your booking which can be done be completing our contact form, by email to info@swantonmorleyhouse.co.uk or by telephoning Caroline on 01362 637828.  We can then ensure you are booked on your preferred course and directly receive our joining instructions for your chosen course.

• I have received a gift certificate for one of your workshops but am unable to attend on that date, can I choose another date?

Yes, of course, our gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so please just let us know your preferred date.

Can I book a workshop for a private party?

We would be delighted to discuss your private party ideas for a floral workshop. Gathering together for a creative floral time with friends and family is a great idea to celebrate birthdays, hen parties or just because! Our private parties require a minimum number of 8 guests with a maximum of 14 and please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.

• What is your cancellation policy for your courses?

Our course fees are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book your place.  If, you are unable to attend the course, for any reason, and we have not been able to re-book your place the flowers which would have been allocated for your arrangements may be collected by prior agreement.
